I was that 6-year-old kid at school who everyone followed around. I was the one everyone believed and listened to. Back then it was just fun. Now, I see it as a privilege to have the capacity to influence and lead and I realise it comes with a huge responsibility.

I’ve achieved academic excellence at every level of study, and after graduating and being called to the Bar as a qualified Attorney, I spent years in litigation advocating on behalf of clients in the Supreme Court. Thereafter, I became legal counsel for a large telecommunications company and led their multi-lateral negotiations. Without realizing it, all these experiences were excellent preparation for a career of persuasion and influence on stage as a professional speaker.

As the founder and lead consultant of Vanguard Consulting Inc., I have worked with large and multi-national corporations to train thousands of employees across the Caribbean and Central America in leadership, service excellence and sales. Our company has led strategic planning and change management exercises, even in volatile merger and acquisition environments.
